Cassoulet!
Tonight Sara and I made cassoulet, which is a traditional French stew made with meat and beans. Julia Childs has a recipe for it in The Art of French Cooking, but it was too complicated so we used a simpler recipe that I found online. It was delicious and the perfect thing on a rainy Sunday. And there's leftovers for both of us for a week!
